摘要
玛草蛉Mallada sp.是新入侵危险性害虫螺旋粉虱Aleurodicus dispersus Russell的捕食性天敌。本文在室内开展了玛草蛉幼虫对螺旋粉虱若虫的捕食功能和搜寻效应研究。结果表明:玛草蛉2龄和3龄幼虫对螺旋粉虱若虫的捕食反应均属HollingⅡ型,拟合方程分别为Na=0.8836N/1+0.8836×0.0407N和Na=1.3721N/1+1.3721×10.0134N,理论日最大捕食量分别为24.5700和74.6269。玛草蛉2、3龄幼虫的搜寻效应均随螺旋粉虱若虫的密度增加而降低。
Mallada sp.is major natural enemy of Aleurodicus dispersus Russell.Functional response and searching rate of Mallada sp.larvae on A.dispersus nymphs were studied in laboratory in order to learn the control efficiency of the Mallada sp.on A.dispersus.The functional response could be described with Holling II equation.The fitted Holling II disc equation of 2nd instar and 3rd instar larvae were Na=0.8836N/1+0.8836×0.0407N and Na=1.3721N/1+1.3721×0.0134N,and the theoretical maximal consumption were 24.5700 and 74.6269.The searching rate of Mallada sp.larvae on A.dispersus nymphs decreased with the increasing density of A.dispersus nymphs.
