由于压裂后压裂液和陶粒胶结在砂面容易形成滤饼或胶结物,用常规工艺技术解决该问题,成本高、风险大,对此,通过旋转控制头和"爪形"斜尖的组合应用,实现了压裂后一次性冲砂作业,提高了冲砂作业效率。
Because fracturing fluid and ceramsite cementation after fracturing are easy to create filter cake and adglutinate, using conventional technology to solve the problem can lead to high cost and risk. Combination applications of swivel control head and claw mitre pike are introduced, sand removal once only after fracturing can be realized, which improves sand removal efficiency.
