摘要
舆情演化是一个动态的过程,做好舆情工作首先必须研判舆情演化所处的状态,为后续的相关工作打下基础。从区别演化未然和已然状态的角度,指出预警机制与状态评估机制各自不同的工作重点和任务,并研制出舆情演化的状态评估指标,在此基础上构建出包括信息捕获与提取模块、分析评估模块、状态通报模块在内的评估系统。
The evolution of popular feelings is a dynamic process. To deal with the work of popular feelings, first of all, it＇ s necessary to study and judge the evolving state of popular feeling, which ean lay foundation for the following relevant work. This paper, for the first time, points out the key work and tasks respectively in the alert mechanism and the meehanism of state evaluation, from the angle of distinguishing unfinished evolution and finished evolution, and produees the index of state evaluation of popular feelings＇ evolution, on the base of which this paper eonstruets an evaluation system, including information collecting, module drawing, module analyzing and evaluating, and module of state circulating.
