摘要
给出了Dirichlet L-函数四次均值∑ |L(σ+it,x)|~4的一个较精确的渐近公式。式中1/2【σ≤1,t是任意实数,∑表示对模q所有非主特征求和。
A sharper asymptotic formula for the fourth power mean of Dirichlet L-fun- ction ∑|L(σ+it,x)|~4 is given. Where the summation is over all nonprin- cipal characters mod q,1/2<σ≤1, and t is any real number.
