摘要
培育具有全球市场渠道控制能力的零售商是构建国内价值链的核心,对我国企业从跨国零售商主导的全球价值体系中突破出来,掌握价值链的主导权至关重要。文章采取案例分析的定性研究和定量研究相结合的范式,通过对苏宁电器的案例研究,分析大型零售企业基于渠道控制的国内价值链构建,归纳其渠道控制能力不断增强的关键因素,旨在为我国企业尤其是大型零售企业从渠道控制环节动态地提升在全球价值链中的利益分配地位提供借鉴。
Fostering the retailers with channel control in the global market is the core of national value channel construction.It is vital for china's enterprises to break through the global value system in control of multinational retailers and dominate the value channel.By means of the quantitative and qualitative case study,this paper reveals the features of Suning's national value channel construction which is based on the channel control,and analyzes the pivotal factors of increasing channel control ability.The study of this paper provides valuable referential significance for China's enterprises,especially retailers,to dynamically upgrade the profit-sharing position in the global value channel from the perspective of channel control.
