摘要
分析了我国中小企业在国际竞争中的优势和劣势,所面临的机会和威胁,并引入SWOT定量分析模型,计算了我国中小企业国际竞争的SWOT力度,构建了其发展战略SWOT四边形,最后提出了可供选择的发展战略。
The paper analyzes the strength and weakness of Chinese SMS enterprises in international competition as well as the opportunities and threats they face, introduces the SWOT quantitative analytic model, based on which, the development strategies of the enterprises are proposed, and, at the end, lists the development strategies that are viable for selection.
