摘要
高职院校学生法制认知水平,对于学生今后工作与生活都会起重要的影响。通过调查,发现学生在法制认知上,"人治"思想根深蒂固。在总结问题的同时,提出通过开展多形式素质教育等手段培养高职院校学生正确的法制观念养成,进而达到从"知法"、"守法"到"懂法"、"用法"的转变。
Vocational college students＇ cognitive level of legal system is very important. Based on the study, rule of man is deeply rooted in students＇ mind. The paper puts forward the quality education method to cultivate the concept of law to change from ＂Knowing the Law＂ and ＂Abiding by the Law＂ to ＂Understanding the Law＂ and ＂Using the Law＂.
