摘要
广州市大学生参加城镇居民基本医疗保险工程启动后,作为该制度受益人的首批学生参保反应消极。该文在问卷调查的基础上分析得出:对我国医保制度了解不深是阻碍大学生医保工作推进的主要原因,医保制度在设计上与学生的诉求反差大、操作上不明朗、宣传上不及时是学生参保消极的重要原因。大学生基本医疗保险制度亟待完善。
College students in Guangzhou who should be the first beneficiary,respond to the project negatively since they took part in the project of urban basic medical insurance.The paper makes a questionnaire-based analysis and finds out that knowing little about the medical insurance system is the key reason that restricts the progressive pace of the system.Besides,the great inconsistency between the set design of the system and what the students want,unclear instruction to the system,and sluggish propaganda are also reasons that make students take part in the medical insurance project reluctantly.In this sense,the basic medical insurance system needs urgent improvement.
