摘要
应用AVL公司的EXCITE Designer软件,对某农业机械改型后的直列四缸发动机的轴系进行扭振分析;根据轴系当量化简假定条件,建立轴系当量系统方程和曲轴模型;再输入主要模拟计算数据,通过仿真计算得出结果。分析了改型后的农业机械发动机的自由振动和强迫振动,其结果是发动机轴系振幅较小,满足要求。
This paper adopts EXCITE Designer software of AVL company to analyze agricultural machinery the torsional vibration of cranktrain.The cranktrain equivalent system dynamic equation and crankshaft mode are established according to the cranktrain equivalent system assumptions.After inputting the main data,the results are obtained by the simulation calculation.This paper analyzes the nature frequency and forced vibration of remodeled agricultural machinery engine.The result is that the swing is small,and it is satisfied the requirements.
