摘要
生物质气化是一种常用的生物质能转换途径,气化过程中不可避免地产生的副产物焦油具有极大的危害性。为此,从生物质气化技术原理、装置及流程入手,论述了气化过程中焦油的产生、特点、影响因素及危害性;分析生物质气化气中焦油的旋风分离、湿式净化和干式净化等物理净化方法,比较高温热解和催化裂解化学转化方法;指出不同焦油处理方法的优缺点及工程应用。如何控制与优化气化过程、采取合适的焦油脱除技术,已成为生物质气化技术的一个重要研究方向。
Biomass gasification is a commonly used means of biomass conversion.The inevitable by-product tar in gasification process has great harm.Beginning with the introduction of biomass gasification technology principles,devices and processes,the production,characteristics,influencing factors and harmfulness of tar during gasification process have discussed.The physical purification methods of gasification gas tar,such as cyclone-separation,wet cleaning and dry cleaning,are discussed.The chemical conversion methods of high-temperature pyrolysis and catalytic cracking are compared.The advantages,disadvantages and application of different methods are pointed out.How to control and optimize biomass gasification process,take appropriate tar removal technology,have become an important research direction for biomass gasification technologies.
