摘要
目的了解衡阳市先天性肢体畸形发生率及其动态变化,为制定先天性肢体畸形的预防措施提供依据。方法以医院为基础的出生缺陷监测方法收集资料,对2002-2009年衡阳市围生儿先天性肢体畸形监测资料进行分析。结果 8年来衡阳市围生儿先天性肢体畸形平均发生率为2.048‰,经卡方检验,有上升趋势(P〈0.01)。男性发生率为2.175‰,女性发生率为1.894‰,两者差异无显著性(P〉0.05);城镇发生率为2.404‰,农村发生率为1.892‰,两者差异有显著性(P〈0.05);四个季节发生率分别为2.410‰、1.446‰、1.606‰、2.881‰,四个季节之间差异均有显著性(P〈0.01);孕妇〈20岁、20~25岁、25~30岁、30~35岁和≥35岁组发生率分别为6.093‰、1.585‰、1.491‰、2.147‰、7.635‰,孕妇年龄组之间差异均有显著性(P〈0.01)。结论 8年来衡阳市围生儿先天性肢体畸形发生率呈上升趋势;城镇发生率高于农村;冬春季发生率高于夏秋季;孕妇年龄〈20岁和≥35岁是先天性肢体畸形的高发年龄阶段。
Objective To study the incidence of congenital limb deformity and dynamics in Hengyang,so as to provide scientific evidence for making preventive measures of congenital limb deformity.Methods Data on perinatal infants was collected and analyzed at surveillance hospital in hengyang on congenital limb deformity Monitoring date from 2002 to 2009.Results The average incidence rate of congenital limb deformity was 2.048‰ among 8 years in Hengyang City.The chi-square trend test showed there was an upward trend(P〈0.01);Male incidence is 2.175‰,female incidence was 1.894‰,Which difference was not statistically significant(P〉0.05);urban incidence was 2.404‰,rural incidence was 1.892‰,which difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05);the four quarters incidence was 2.010‰,1.446 ‰,1.606‰,2.881‰,Which difference among the four quarters was significant(P〈0.01);Pregnant women whose age20 years old,20-25 years old,25~30 years old,30~35 years old and ≥35 years old group rates are 6.093‰,1.585‰,1.491‰,2.147‰,7.635‰,Which difference between gestational age of the mother group was significant(P〈0.0).Conclusion the incidence of congenital limb deformity in Hengyang city was displayed a increased manner in the 8 years,Among them,the incidence in rural towns was higher than countryside;the winter and spring was higher than autumn and summer;The incidence of CLD in pregnant women whose age20 years old or ≥35 years old were higher than other groups.
