摘要
目的总结采用第二足趾部分移植再造与修复小儿拇指末节部分缺损的临床疗效。方法应用吻合血管的第二足趾中末节部分移植再造拇指末节部分缺损35例。结果手术全部获得成功,经6~24月随访,再造拇指的外形、指间关节活动及指腹感觉良好,供足活动良好。结论第二足趾中末节部分移植是再造与修复小儿拇指末节部分缺损的最佳方法。
Objective To report the clinical effects of reconstruction and restoration of the tissue defect in thumb paratelum by transplanting the parts of the second toe of children.Methods We designed the parts of the second toe to transplant and reconstruct the tissue defect of thumb paratelum in 35 cases.Results All of the thumbs survived.After operation with 6~24 months of follow-up,appearance,interphalangeal（PIP） joint activities and sensitive function of the thumb had a good recovery,the activity of the donor foot is good.Conclusion It is a good way to reconstruct and restore the tissue defect in thumb partelum by transplanting the second toe of children.
