摘要
近年来,为适应企业内外形势变化,提高组织效率,许多煤炭企业提出了组织精简的方案,使原有长期形成的相对稳定的心理契约受到冲击。面对心理契约的新变化和新要求,为防止心理契约失衡或违背给组织带来消极影响,必须及时对其调整、重构。文章从心理契约的概念及作用机理出发,根据煤炭企业组织精简下心理契约发生的变化,提出了重构心理契约的策略。
In recent years,in order to adapt to the changes and improve the efficiency,many coal enterprises have brought up organization simplification scheme,which shocks the relative steady psychological contract formed in a long term.Faced with the changes and requirements,in order to prevent psychological contract from losing balance and bringing negative influence to enterprises,psychological contract must be reconstructed.Starting from the concept and mechanism of psychological contract,according to the changes under simplification,the paper brings up strategies to reconstruct psychological contract.
