摘要
对青天葵的氨基酸、黄酮、生物碱类成分进行了薄层色谱鉴别;采用分光光度法对其总氨基酸建立了含量测定法。经方法学研究表明,本法具简单易行,结果可靠,专属性强等优点。
Amino acids,flavonoids and alkaloids in Nervilia fordii were identified by TLC.A spectrophotometry method was reported for the determination of total amino acids in Nervilia fordii .The methodological study indicated that this quantitative method was simple and available with the advantage of reliable result and strong specificity.
