摘要
目的探讨人工髋关节置换的适应症、疗效。方法对2007年2月至2009年12月施行的217例人工髋关节置换临床资料进行回顾性总结和分析。结果 217例中,优159例,良43例,可13例,差2例,优良率93%。结论人工髋关节置换是治疗髋关节病的有效方法;严格按适应症选择病例,规范置换操作及系统地康复训练,可获得满意疗效。
Objective To investigate the indication and effect of artificial hip replacement.Methods A retrospective study was carried out on clinical materials of 217 cases with severe hip joint diseases who underwent hemiarthroplasty and total hip replacement.Results The effect was evaluated with Harris hip score,and it was excellent in 159 cases,good in 43,fair in 13 and poor in 2,and the excellent and good rate was 93%.Conclusions Artificial hip replacement is an efficient method of treating severe hip joint diseases.Satisfactory effect can be obtained in cases selected strictly according to indication,by regulating operation and training systematically.
