摘要
高校辅导员具有教师和管理干部双重身份。高校辅导员的管理工作主要有教育性、基层性、直接性、繁锁性、制约性的特点。高校辅导员作应该努力成为原则性与灵活性相统一、讲能力与讲方法相统一、讲效率与讲目标相统一的管理者。
The university instructors have the teacher and the administrative cadre dual statuses.The university instructor＇s supervisory work mainly has educational,the basic unit,substantive,the numerous lock nature,the conditionality characteristic.The university instructors do should become the sense of principle and the nimble disposition unification diligently,speak ability with to speak the method to unify,to speak the efficiency with to speak the superintendent who the goal unifies.
