摘要
目的 设计并实现高精度、快速、无超调、无抖动特性的天地景投影伺服系统 .方法 选择微机控制的 AC伺服系统 ,应用变结构控制方法 :大误差 ,用饱和控制 ;中小误差 ,用开方 +比例控制 +前馈控制 ,既保证时间最优 ,又保证定位精度 ,特别是保证无超调 .结果 最大角速度 ωmax、最大角加速度 αmax、定位误差 es均达到了设计指标 ,获得了满意的投影效果 .结论 所设计的 AC伺服系统实现了天地景投影系统对高精度、快速、无超调、无抖动的性能要求 .
Aim To realize a background projection system of high accuracy, speed, and non overshoot. Methods The microcomputer controlled AC servo system was selected and different control rules were applied, depending on the error value: when error was large, the saturation control was adopted; when error was medial or small, the square root control+proportional control+feed forward control were adopted. Results The maximum angle velocity ω max , maximum angle acceleration α max , and positioning error e s all reached design specifications. Conclusion The AC servo system designed satisfies the requerments of the background projection system:high accuracy, fast, and non overshoot.
