摘要
目的 研究上颌总义齿基托的力及应变性质 .方法 研制口腔生物力学测试与分析系统 ,并应用其在架上对模拟咀嚼的过程进行力和应变测试 .结果 通过实验取得各种情况下上颌总义齿基托的力及应变值 .结论 通过对力、应变、平衡及基托的变形模式进行初步分析 ,确立基托上力的分布规律以及力与应变的关系 .
Aim To investigate the occlusal force and strain of upper complete denture bases. Methods A test and analysis system was set up to measure the occlusal force, strain on the denture bases. A series of tests of upper complete dentures were completed during the mastication. Results Lots of the data of occlusal force and strain on different conditions were acquired in the experiments. Conclusion Preliminary analyses were made, including occlusal force, strain and the pattern of deformation of the base. The distribution pattern of occlusal force on the bases and the relation of occlusal force and strain were discovered. The system provides a very effective means for the improvement of dental restorative work.
