摘要
目前煤矿巷道锚杆支护设计尚存在不足,造成锚杆(锚索)锚固能力未能充分发挥,支护材料浪费和支护成本偏高。基于围岩与锚杆共同作用原理,本文通过对台头煤矿11205综采工作面运输平巷锚杆(锚索)受力观测、锚杆全长受力观测、顶板离层监测与巷道深部位移观测结果研究,对现有支护方式进行评价,以利于充分发挥支护锚秆(锚索)的承载能力,实现支护优化。本文工作对改进煤矿巷道支护设计具有一定的实际意义和工程价值。
Currently, the shortage exists in the design of bolting for coalmine roadways yet, which results in the poor performance of rock bolt(cable) ,waste of bolting material and l ligh cost. Basing on the interaction principle of surrounding rock and rock bolt, through the observation of anchor(cable) to observe the pressure, fully grouted boh , roof separate monitoring and roadway deep displacement monitoring of 11205 fully mechanized working face haulage drift, evaluating existing support patterns, paper. In this case, the bolts will perform wholly support capacity and the optimization of bolting realized. The finding is significant in practice and valuable inmining engineering.
