双氧水干法氧化对淀粉羧基含量及黏度的影响 被引量:2

Influence of Reaction Conditions on Carboxyl Content and Viscosity of Oxidized Starch Prepared Using Hydrogen Peroxide by Dry Process

摘要 以双氧水为氧化剂,硫酸亚铁为催化剂,在中性条件下采用新型变性淀粉干法反应器制备氧化淀粉,研究了水分含量、反应温度、双氧水添加量、FeSO4添加量对氧化淀粉羧基含量和特征黏度值的影响。结果表明,最佳反应条件为:水分质量分数为30%,反应温度为45℃,双氧水质量分数为5%,FeSO4质量分数为0.03%,在该条件下制备的氧化淀粉不仅羧基含量高,而且特征黏度值也较低,比湿法制备的氧化淀粉羧基含量提高了0.237%,峰值黏度、崩解值和凝沉值分别下降了2.36、1.08、11.46 Pa.s,可以替代湿法工艺制备氧化淀粉。 Oxidized starch was prepared using hydrogen peroxide and FeSO4 under alkali-free in a new reactor.Influences of reaction conditions on carboxyl content and viscosity of oxidized starch were studied.The optimal conditions was:moisture content 30%,reaction temperature 45 ℃,H2O2 addition 5% and FeSO4 addition 0.03%.It was found that this technology could not only increase the carboxyl content of the starch but also reduce its viscosity.Compared with the traditional method,this method made carboxyl content of oxidized starch rise by 0.237% and made PV,BV and SV drop by 2.36 Pa·s,1.08 Pa·s and 11.46 Pa·s respectively.And this technology could take place of the traditional method.
