摘要
为研究无毛黄瓜突变体的抗蚜机理,本试验选用抗感程度较稳定的2个黄瓜品种(无毛黄瓜突变体和对照大青把),于苗期3叶1心期每株接种2头三龄期蚜虫,进行抗蚜性鉴定,并对接种前后叶片中可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白、游离氨基酸总量进行测定。试验结果表明,与对照相比,无毛黄瓜突变体具有明显的抗蚜性;无毛黄瓜突变体叶片中可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白和游离氨基酸含量均低,且接种7天后比接种前营养物质含量均降低,较低的营养物质含量不利于蚜虫的生长繁殖,起到抗虫效果。
To study the mechanism of cucumber aphid resistance, this experiment chose glabrous cucumber and normal cucumber. Every plant was put two aphids when the seedings had three leaves. Identified the aphid resistance of glabrous and normal cucumber and measured soluble sugar, soluble protein and free amino acids in each plant leaves. The results showed that glabrous cucumber had high resistance. The high resistance level not only depended on low soluble sugar and soluble protein but also depended on low free amino acids, and nutrients materials decreased after aphids bited seven days. Low nutrients materials could hurt aphid breeds.
