摘要
目的:评价美罗培南治疗新生儿及婴幼儿重症感染的疗效及安全性。方法:回顾性分析98例患儿应用美罗培南治疗的疗效,每次给药剂量为15mg·kg-1,q8h,静脉滴注,平均疗程10d,并对疗效、细菌学和不良反应进行评价。结果:美罗培南治疗患儿重症感染有效率94.90%(93/98),痊愈率85.71%(84/98),细菌清除率84.31%(43/51),不良反应发生率6.12%(6/98)。结论:美罗培南治疗新生儿及婴幼儿重症感染疗效显著、安全性好。
OBJECTIVE：To evaluate the therapeutic efficacy and safety of meropenem in the treatment of severe infections in new-born and infants. METHODS：The therapeutic efficacies of meropenem in 98 cases of severe infections were analyzed retrospectively. They were treated with meropenem by way of intravenous drip with a dose of 15 mg·kg-1 each time, q8 h, with an average of 10 days in one course. The therapeutic efficacy, bacteriology and adverse drug reaction were evaluated. RESULTS：The effective rate, cure rate, bacterial clearance rate and the incidence of drug adverse reaction of meropenem therapy for pediatric severe infection were 94.90%（93/98）, 85.71%（84/98）, 84.31%（43/51）, 6.12%（6/98）, respectively. CONCLUSION：Meropenem is effective and safe for the treatment of newborn and infants with severe infections.
