嘧菌酯和丙森锌复配对辣椒疫霉菌的抑制活性 被引量:2

摘要 [目的]研究嘧菌酯和丙森锌复配对辣椒疫霉菌的抑制活性,对防治辣椒疫病具指导意义。[方法]采用活体组织法测定,将两者按不同比例复配后稀释成7个质量浓度喷施于辣椒叶片上,后接种疫霉菌菌片,观测其抑制效果。[结果]嘧菌酯∶丙森锌按1∶6(质量比)复配后EC50值为21.21 mg/L低于2个单剂。[结论]两者以不同比例复配后对疫霉菌的生物活性存在差异。嘧菌酯∶丙森锌为1∶6比例复配的共毒系数为791.11,表现出明显的增效作用,为最适配比。 The control effect of azoxystrobin and propineb mixed fungicides on Phytophthora capsici were studied to provide guide for controlling Phytophthora capsici.[Methods] The two fungicides were mixed at different ratio and diluted into seven concentration,then inoculated Phytophthora capsici on leaves and the control effect was observed.[Results] The EC50 of the mixture with 1:6 ratio of azoxystrobin and propineb was 21.21 mg/L,which was lower than the two single components.[Conclusions] The bioactivity on Phytophthora capsici was different between the mixtures with different ratio.The best ratio of the two fungicides was 1:6,which indicated strong synergistic action with the co-toxicity index of 791.11.
