摘要
为了在医院内部及医院之间实现医疗平台的数据交换与共享,根据HL7标准协议进行医疗公共接口的模型研究。通过对医院应用现状的分析,提出了基于HL7标准的电子病历与其他医疗信息系统的对接方式,形成了基于公共接口的平台集成方案,根据公共接口结构及功能的设计方法实现了医院平台数据的交换与共享。最后通过理论及实践证明医疗公共接口平台集成模型的方案是可行的。
In order to get the data exchange and sharing,this paper put forward the medical common interface model based on the HL7 criterion.By analyzing the application actualities of the hospital,developed the common interface＇s electronic medical records（EMR） to satisfy the requirements between the models inner or outer hospital systems.The integrated platform achieved the data exchange and sharing by the design of the common interface of the structure and function.By the study of theory and practice of the model application,it is feasible to integrate platform by the common interface based on HL7 engine.
