摘要
以活性炭为载体,采用浸渍-化学还原法制备了硅氢加成用负载型铂催化剂,研究配方工艺对铂/炭催化剂结构、催化活性等性能的影响规律。结果表明:当铂的负载量为1%时,活性炭浸渍吸附氯铂酸的最佳时间为2 h;采用优化配方工艺条件制得的Pt/C催化剂对加成型液体硅胶具有适宜的催化活性,可较好满足特定有机硅灌封胶的应用需求。
A supported platinum catalyst for hydrosilylation was prepared by impregnation-chemical reduction method with active carbon(AC) as vector.The effects of the formulation on the structure,catalytic activity and other properties of the Pt/AC catalyst were investigated.The results show that when the platinum content is 1%,the optimum time for AC absorbing chloroplatinic acid is 2 hours.The Pt/AC catalyst prepared under an optimum formulation condition for addition type liquid silicone has proper catalytic activity,which can meet the application requirement of specific organosilicon potting compound.
