粘度法研究明胶在聚氨酯弹性体表面的吸附

摘要 根据文献以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)为原料制备了具有较好机械性能的聚氨酯弹性体胶条(PU),并在胶条表面接枝肝素,得到肝素化聚氨酯胶条(PU-Hep)。将聚氨酯胶条浸泡在明胶稀溶液中,测量溶液粘度随时间、溶液浓度和温度的变化,并采用具有界面校正的粘度方程从实验相对粘度数据计算明胶在聚氨酯表面的吸附量。研究发现明胶分子迅速吸附到聚氨酯胶条表面,但是达到吸附平衡需要较长时间。在35℃~42℃范围内,明胶吸附量随温度升高而增大,表面肝素化后胶条吸附蛋白质的能力增大。 A special Polyurethane (PU) Elastomer with good mechanical property was prepared from Isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI) according to literature. Heparin has been grafted onto the surface of the PU elastomer and PU-Hep elastomer was obtained. By immersing the PU elastomers in dilute gelatin aqueous solution and measuring the viscosity of the solution at different time, concentration and temperature, we found that the gelatin macromolecules accumulated on the surface of PU elastomer as soon as they contacted. However, it need a long time to reach the adsorption equilibrium. The amount of adsorption for gelatin was calculated from experimental relative viscosity data using a viscosity equation with interracial effect correction. The result showed that in the range of 35℃~42℃, along with the increasing of the temperature, more gelatin macromolecules has been adsorbed on the surface of the PU elastomer, and the PU-hep elasomer showed larger adsorption capacity.
