摘要
确定了原木边部锯材宽度和厚度的理论值0.424d×0.1d,较目前通用的0.43d×0.1d和0.421d×0.1d均更精确。根据确定式计算的边部锯材出材率,平均为17.66％;边部规格锯材出材率为17.49％;而边部Ⅰ等钝棱锯材的出材率则达23.48％。
Propose a theoretical value of 0.424d×0.ld for width×thickness of saw lumber from side boards. It was claimed that this value is more precision than the conventional values (0.43dxo.ld or 0.42ldx0.ld) used at present. By calculating with this proposed value, the average recovery from the side boards is 17.77%. The dimension lumber recovery is 17.49% and the I grade round edged lumber recovery is up to 23.48% from side boards..
