摘要
应用正交试验研究倍捻机丝线捻度的偏差。结果表明，影响倍捻机丝线捻度偏差的主要因素是倍捻机车速（设计锭速），同时发现在倍捻机主电动机两侧的锭子速度存在明显差异。并就实际生产中如何避免由于丝线捻度偏差而引起的织物质量问题提出了一些措施。
In this article, the deviation of yam twist on two-fur-one twister is studied. The result shows that the spindle speed is the main factor to influence the deviation of the yam twist. And there is notable difference of the spindle speed between two sides of the machine. Some measures are suggested to improve the fabric quality through decreasing the deviation of the yam twist.
