摘要
分析了１９９６～１９９７ 年和１９９７～１９９８ 年同一地点、粮库小麦样品的籽粒品质、磨粉品质和粉质参数。结果认为，１９９８ 年该粮库小麦样品净麦出品率高、杂质低；两样本籽粒品质无明显差异；１９９８ 年小麦商品粮出粉率低，湿面筋含量高，粉质参数也略高于１９９７ 年度的小麦商品粮。
The grain quality,milling quality and farinograms of two parcels of 1996～1997 and 1997～1998 commodity wheat at the same warehouse were analyzed in this paper.The results showed that 1998 commodity wheat of this warehouse has high cleaned wheat extraction and low contamination content.The flour extraction of 1998 commodity wheat was lower than that of 1997,and the wet gluten content was higher,as well as the farinograms.
