摘要
在建立燃油浮法玻璃熔窑火焰空间三维数学模拟基础上,以日产400吨燃油浮法玻璃窑为实例,研究了富氧燃烧(含氧27% 的空气)和空气助燃时,窑内火焰空间温度分布和火焰长度,探讨了富氧燃烧技术应用需采用的有效措施。
Based on the three\|dimensional mathematical model for the oil\|fired floating glass furnace, noxygen\|firing combustion chamber in a 400 ton/day oil\|fuel floating glass furnace, as an applicable example, is simulated in the state of combusion aided with natural air and the air mixed with 27% oxygen. The length of flame and temperature distribution in the combustion chamber are shown and the effective way of using oxygen\|firing technique is revealed.
