摘要
目的探讨再生医疗器械包的全程质量控制对提高灭菌包合格率的影响。方法严格执行再生医疗器械回收、清洗、包装、灭菌、发放各环节的质量控制管理,规范再生医疗器械清洗和包装程序,建立器械包档案管理,利用图片管理专科器械,进行改革和流程重组等。结果再生医疗器械清洗不合格率由改革前的16.07%下降至改革后的3.00%,灭菌包检测不合格率由10.00%下降到2.00%,均p<0.001,统计学差异有显著性意义。结论责任到位,制定明确的工作指引,进行工作流程重组等全程质量控制,是提高再生医疗器械包质量的有效方法。
Objective To explore the overall quality control of the regenerated medical instrument and the effective method to increase the efficiency of sterilization.Methods We carry out strict management on quality control during callback,washing,packaging,sterilization,handout of instrument.We regulate the process of instrument washing and package.We establish the file to manage the special instrument and innovate the work flow.Results The disqualification rate of the washing is decreased from 16.07% to 3.00%,the disqualification rate of sterilization is decreased from 10.00% to 2.00%(p<0.001).Conclusion Overall quality control such as obvious responsibility,clear work guideline and reform of the work flow can increase the quality of regenerated medical instrument.
