摘要
目的探讨右室内异常形态肌束对右室双腔心(DCRV)、右室流出道狭窄(RVOTO)及法洛四联征(TOF)的鉴别诊断价值。方法回顾分析71例存在右室内异常形态肌束的超声心动图特征,总结异常肌束的位置、形态与其相关疾病的关系。结果经手术证实,在71例存在右室内异常形态肌束的先天性心脏病患者中,7例为DCRV,12例为RVOTO,52例为TOF。结论右室内异常肌束的形态及走形对于DCRV、RVOTO及TOF的术前鉴别诊断具有重要的价值。
Objective To explore the diagnosing value of echocardiography in observing the abnormal pattern muscle bundle in right ventricle the DCRV,RVOTO and TOF.Methods Analyses 71 patients found with abnormal pattern muscle bundle in right ventricle by echocardiographic examination,compared with the results of surgery,and summarized the feature between them.Results 71 cases found with abnormal pattern muscle bundle in right ventricle,7 cases,12case,52case were confirmed as DCRV,RVOTO and TOF respectively by surgery.Conclusion Echocardiography is the valuable method by observing the abnormal pattern muscle bundle in right ventricle to diagnose the DCRV,RVOTO and TOF.
