摘要
社科期刊既是社会科学各领域最新研究成果交流、传播的广阔平台,也是宣传党的路线、方针、政策和弘扬社会主义先进文化的重要舆论阵地,因此社科期刊具有学术性和政治性两个基本属性。社科期刊编辑在审稿时,必然会遇到学术把关和政治把关以及如何处理两者关系的问题。学术把关与政治把关相比,政治把关应始终居于首位,也就是说,严把政治关是社科期刊编辑的首要职责。
Social science journal is not only the communication platform of the newest achievements in social science research fields,but also an important mean of informing people about the policies of the Chinese Communist Party and of promoting socialist advanced culture.Therefore,editors of social science journals should put political check to the first place at the same time of ensuring academic quality control.
