铜铟镓硒粉体的溶剂热法合成及表征 被引量:1

Solvothermal Synthesis of Copper Indium Gallium Selenide Powder

摘要 采用溶剂热法制备了铜铟镓硒(CuInxGa1-xSe2,CIGS)粉体。对合成的粉体采用X射线衍射进行物相分析,结果表明反应温度为230℃时可以得到单相CIGS粉体。对所制备的样品采用扫描电镜和电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪等方法进行了表征,结果表明,反应温度对粒子大小的影响不大。反应时间对产物的形貌有较大的影响,230℃制备的CIGS为100~500 nm的片状结构晶体,片状晶体组成为Cu In0.38 Ga0.71Se1.82。 The Cu InxGa1-xSe2(CIGS) powder was synthesized by a solvothermal synthesis method.The single phase CIGS were obtained at 230 ℃.The as-synthesised powder was characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and inductive coupled plasma emission spectrometer(ICP).The SEM results show that the reactive temperature has a slight effect on the size of crystal,however,the reactive time has an obvious effect on the size of crystal.The flake crystal with the size of 100-500 nm was formed at 230 ℃.The ICP results indicate that the composing of the flake crystal is Cu In0.38 Ga0.71Se1.82.
