中链脂肪酸对高脂饲料诱导的C_(57)BL/6J肥胖小鼠体脂肪的影响 被引量:6

Effect of medium-chain fatty acids on high fat diet-induced body fat in obese C_(57)BL/6J mice

摘要 目的建立C57BL/6J小鼠肥胖模型,观察中链脂肪酸对其体脂肪的影响。方法选择4-5周龄C57BL/6J雄性小鼠40只,随机分为中链脂肪酸食用油(MCT)高脂组,中长链脂肪酸食用油(MLCT)高脂组,大豆油高脂对照组及普通饲料对照组,每组10只,喂饲15周。观察各组之间小鼠体重、饲料消耗量及食物功效比、体脂肪重和脂体比以及白色脂肪细胞数目及大小的差异,观察各组小鼠肝脏重量及脂蛋白水平的变化。结果 15周后,大豆油高脂组小鼠体重比普通饲料对照组平均增加2个标准差,且体脂肪重、脂体比均显著高于普通饲料对照组(P<0.05),造模成功。研究结束时,MLCT和MCT高脂组小鼠的体脂肪重、脂体比、肝脏重以及白色脂肪细胞数目和长径、短径均显著低于大豆油高脂对照组(P<0.05),但MLCT和MCT两组之间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。MCT组肝脏apoA1显著高于大豆油组(P<0.05),而MLCT组apoB水平显著低于大豆油组(P<0.05)。饲料消耗量及食物功效比三个高脂组之间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论高脂饲料可诱导C57BL/6J小鼠肥胖,含有同浓度MCFA的MLCT和MCT作用相似,可减少C57BL/6J小鼠体脂肪重、肝脏重及白色脂肪细胞体积,改善肝脏脂蛋白水平,但不影响饲料摄入量。 Objective To establish an obese C57BL/6J mouse model and observe the effect of medium-chain fatty acids on body fat of obese C57BL/6J mice. Methods Forty male Cs7BL/6J mice were randomly divided into MCT group, MLCT group, soybean oil group and control group, 10 mice in each group, and were fed for 15 weeks. Following parameters were observed including body weight, diet consumption, food efficiency ratio, body fat weight and lipid ratio, number and si/.,: of white adipose cells, liver weight and apolipoprotein of C57BL/6J mice in different groups. Results After 15 weeks, the body weight of CseBL/6J mice was 2SD(Standard deviation) higher and the body fat was significantly higher in soybean group than in control group(P〈0.05). At the end of study, the body fat weight, lipid ratio, liver weight, the number and size of white adipose cells were significantly lower in MLCT and MCT groups than in soybean oil group(P〈0.05)with no significant difference observed between MLCT and MCT groups(P〉0.05). However, the apolipoprotein level was significantly lower in MCT group than in soybean oil group(P〈0.05)with no significant difference noted in diet consumption and food efficiency ratio among the three groups(P〉0.05). Condusion High-fat diet can induce obesity in Cs7BL/6J mice. MLCT and MCT can reduce body weight, body liver weight, body fat weight and the sizes of adipocytes, and improve apolipoprotein of C57BL/6J mice but cannot affect their diet intake.
