摘要
我们对当前我国中小型IT企业的现状进行了分析,系统总结了我国中小型IT企业员工培训的主要问题及其成因,在此基础上设计了一种培训模型,以期达到提高培训效果的目的。
The current situation of small and medium-sized IT enterprise is analyzed,the main problems and causes of staff training in China＇s small and medium-sized IT enterprise are summarized,and based on this,a kind of training model is designed,so as to achieve the purpose of improving training effect.
