为什么摩尔根没有想到?─—从基因调控到发育遗传 被引量：2

摘要 １９９５年，诺贝尔生理医学奖授予三位发育遗传学家，但完成这些成果的技术和理论早在３０年代就已具备，为什么一直关注发育问题的摩尔根以及后来的生物学家没有取得重大进展？本文给出的基本答案是，长期以来生物学家认为对发育的理解依赖于对基因调控的了解。由此，本文对发育遗传学技术和摩尔根发育遗传思想作了历史的考察，并比较了发育遗传和基因调控两种研究形态的异同，以期洞见生命科学发展的一般结构。
