摘要 目的研究溃疡性结肠炎(UC)患者血清白细胞介素(IL)-10、IL-17的含量,进一步了解其在溃疡性结肠炎发病中的作用。方法收集UC组45例及正常对照组20例的血清,应用血清酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)法检测血清IL-10和IL-17。结果 UC组血清中IL-10含量中位数、四分位数间距和平均秩次均低于正常对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。UC组血清中IL-17含量中位数、四分位数间距和平均秩次均高于正常对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 IL-10在UC中可能是保护因子,而IL-17可能参与UC的发生与发展。 Objective To study the level of Serum interleukin(IL)-10、IL-17 in the patients with ulcerative colitis(UC) for further information on their roles in the pathogenesis of UC.Methods The sera of 45 patients with UC and 20 healthy controls were collected and the serum IL-10、IL-17 were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).Results The median、interquartile range and mean rank of serum IL-10 content of the UC group were respectively lower than those of the normal control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P0.05).The median、interquartile range and mean rank of serum IL-17 content of the UC group were respectively higher than those of the normal control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion The IL-10 in UC may be a protective factor,and the IL-17 is involved in the occuring and developing of UC.
