摘要
本文的主要目的是利用特征的正交性给出Dirichlet L—函数在点1处的一种二次均值,当x(-1)为-1且模n为square-full数时的一个精确的计算公式。
The main purpose of this paper is using the estimate of character sums to give an accu-
rate calculating formula of mean square value of Dirichlet's L-functeons L(1,x)for even
characters x and square-full modn.
