摘要
针对目前国内油烟机均为直接排放,不考虑烟气净化且粘油现象严重的现状,提出了一种全新的高效净化油烟机设计原理。与现有的油烟机相比较,其特点有:(1)室内工作空间油烟吸排彻底,油烟捕捉率高。(2)采用油烟洗涤净化方法根本解决机件管路粘油。(3)符合消防安全,具有防火功能。(4)排放洁净气体。
Contraposing the situation that most of the kitchen ventilators at home directly discharge oil smoke instead of cleaning oil smoke and oil is usually adhered to the ventilator,the paper puts forward a type of new design principle of the ventilator.Comparing to the existing ventilator,the new one has some features:(1)The chamber oil smoke is thoroughly discharged and the efficient of taking out oil smoke is high:(2)The oil being adhered to the pipes of the ventilator is solved by the method of washing.(3)It can measure up to the fire fighting safety and protect from fire.(4)It can discharge clean smoke.
