摘要
采用[Cu-γ-Al_2O_3]催化剂对由活性艳红X-3B配制的溶液和含COD_(Cr)为5700mg/L色度3100倍的实际染料废水进行催化氧化试验。试验表明,在控制pH=4~5、H_2O_2用量为5.0mg/L、催化剂用量为3.0g/L、t=70℃和反应时间为2h条件下,可获COD_(Cr)去除率为77%~78%、脱色率为99%的良好效果,且催化剂可再生使用。
Treatment on active red X-3B solution and actual wastewater of COD 5700mg/L and chroma 3100 times with catalyst [Cu- y -A12O3] has been conducted. The results showed that the removal rates of COD and color were 77% ~ 78% and 99% respectively under the conditions of t=70C, pH = 4~5, H2O2 dosage 5.0mg/L, catalyst dosage 3.0g/L and reaction time 2hr, which provided a new catalyst and new ways for treating wastewater.
