对家庭养老和机构养老进行比较分析,认为社区居家养老更符合辽宁省的现实。辽宁省人口老龄化的严峻现实为其发展社区居家养老产业提供了机会,政府的优惠政策创造了其发展的外部环境。人力资源、资本资源、知识资源和老年基础设施等生产要素状况,老龄人口对社区居家养老服务的需求状况、教育培训等相关产业发展状况都为辽宁省发展社区居家养老产业提供了一定支撑。
Compared to the family-care and the institution-care for the senior citizens,community home-care is more accord with the reality of Liaoning Province.The grim situation of population aging in Liaoning province provide opportunities for the industry of community home-care for senior citizens;the government＇s favorable policies has created an external environment;the conditions of production element such as human resources,capital resources,knowledge resources and old age infrastructure,the demand from the senior citizens to the service of community home-care,the development conditions of related industrial development such as education training have provided certain support for the development of community home-care industry in Liaoning Province.
