摘要
为了优化企业人力资源成本投入规模,提高人力资源成本效益,在建立人力资源成本相关指标的基础上,从水平和动态两个角度对企业人力资源成本的投入水平进行综合检测。针对企业人力资源成本变动的特点,提出从水平和动态两个角度进行检测的方法,并论证其可行性,然后综合两个角度的检测结果给出四种不同的综合检测结果,并给出相关建议。该研究为企业优化人力资源成本投入规模、提高人力资源成本效益提供了方法借鉴和理论基础。
