摘要
通过对女大学生心理健康问题的检测,16.87%的女大学生有心理健康的问题。为女大学生制定有氧健身操干预方案,探讨其对女大学生心理健康的影响。结果显示:有氧健身操干预方案对女大学生强迫症状、人际关系敏感、忧郁等症状的改善和提高效果明显。
The detection of female undergraduates' mental health shows that 16.87 percent female undergraduates have mental health problems.It is advisable to make up aerobics intervention plan and explore its influence on female undergraduates' mental health.The result shows that aerobics intervention plan relieves female undergraduates' obsessive-compulsive,interpersonal sensitivity and the state of being ameliorated.
