摘要
介绍一种应用于小管径连轧管机组穿孔机后台液压系统中毛管输送油缸液压回路的优化设计,其基本思想是:将双向液动逻辑阀、节流阀和液控单向阀集成为一控制阀组,连接在托举油缸旁的回路中,以此来替代现有的常规回路。该设计简单、明晰,不仅实现了托举油缸的速度调节,避免了换向冲击,同时还简化了配置、节省大量的控制元件。
This paper introduced the optimized design of the hydraulic circuit for hollow bloom conveying support cylinder inside the hydraulic system behind the punching machine of the continuous pipe rolling mill of small pipe diameter.The basic concept of which was to integrate the bidirectional hydraulic logical valve,throttle valve and hydraulic control check vale into one control valve block which can be connected to the circuit of support cylinder so as to replace the existing conventional circuit.The design was simple and clear,and not only realized the speed control of the support cylinder to avoid the reversing impact,but also simplified the configuration,and greatly saved the costs of the control elements.
