摘要
论述了以废聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料为主要原料,经溶解、改性、乳化等步骤研制出性能优异的抗冻粘结剂,最佳配方为废聚苯乙烯∶溶剂∶异氰酸酯∶聚乙烯醇缩甲醛∶OP- 10= 6∶6∶1.5∶2∶1.5。产品性能测试表明,常温下粘接强度达3.38 MPa,超过了普通白乳胶的水平,产品经- 18℃冷冻5 h 后,仍保持良好的粘接能力,显示出产品具有良好的低温性能。
The research and manufacturing of the anti freezing adhesive of high performance using waste polystyrene foam plastic through the steps of dissolution,modification and emulsification.The optimal formula is waste PS∶solvent∶isocyanate∶polyvinylacetal∶OP 10=6∶6∶1.5∶2∶1.5. The performance test shows that the adhering strength is up to 3.38 MPa,surpassing that of ordinary white emulsion.When the product is froze at -18℃ as long as 5 h, it is still of good adhereability,showing that the product is of good low temperature performance.
