摘要
成品油管道投产时期在落差地段易产生气阻,影响管道的运营和管理。因此建立气阻管段气液两相流动流型计算模型、压力梯度计算模型和持液率计算模型,并编制相关计算程序。基于已投产成品油管道气阻发生段的现场数据进行数值模拟,得出了相应模型的数值结果,为成品油管道投产时期地形起伏较大地段的气阻预防提供了理论依据并提出了预防方案。
Gas resistance phenomenon often occurs in fall sections of product oil pipeline during operation, which has much influence on pipeline operation and management. Established are gas/liquid two-phase flow model, pressure gradient calculation model and liquid holdup calculation model for these fall sections and prepared are relative computer programs. Numerical simulation is carried out according to data obtained from the field where air resistance often occurs in fall sections of product oil pipeline during operation and corresponding results are obtained accordingly, which provide theoretical basis for air resistance prevention and practical recommendations are put forward.
