摘要
本文对我院1979～1989年手术治疗的70例肝内胆管结石进行了总结,分析并归纳了手术中发生22例(占31%)残留结石的原因,并对术中如何预防残留结石进行了讨论,为在肝内胆管结石的手术治疗中避免发生残留结石提供了重要方法。
Seventy cases of intrahepatic biliary stones were treated in our hospital from 1979 to 1989, 22 cases of them had postoperative residual biliary stones. The purpose of the paper is to summarize, analyse and discuss the various causes and preventive measures of intrahepatic residual stones. The necessary approaches in operations were emphasiaed in order to reduec the incidence of intrahepatic duct residual stones.
