摘要
当前计算机技术在测绘领域中的应用正迅速发展。在测图方面，传统的白纸测图因为手工在图纸上按一定比例尺绘制地形、地物要素导致作业效率低下和原始测量数据精度受损。数字测图是以数字的形式表达地物（地籍）特征点的全解析机助测图方法。它具有作业效率高、成图规范、原始测量数据精度无损失的优点。随着数字测图技术的发展和成熟，这种高效率和高精度的测图方法正得到广泛的应用。数字测图方法分为电子手簿和电子平板两种模式，由于后者具备即测即显、内外业一体化、现场检查等诸多优点，已成为野外作业的发展方向。本文主要介绍了电子平板测绘系统EPSW在城市地籍测绘中的应用，并分析了电子平板测图的发展方向和应用前景。
In comparison with digital surveying and mapping,plane surveying and mapping has lower efficiency and inferior precision because of manual labour.Digital surveying and mapping is an all-analytic and computer-aided method which represents topographic surface with electronic bookkeeping ,the other is computer.The later leads the direction of digital surveying and quipment:one is with electronic bookkeeping,the other is with computer.The later leads the direction of digital surveying and mapping because of its unique advantages.this paper introduces an electronic plane system software-EPSW and describes how to use it in cadastral surveying and mapping.At last,the writer forecasts its foreground.
