盐酸胍发新诱发小鼠骨髓细胞及地鼠肾细胞染色体畸变的研究

摘要 应用盐酸胍发新诱发小鼠骨髓细胞和地鼠肾细胞(BHK)染色体畸变效应研究。结果表明当1/4、1/8和、l/16 LD_(50)盐酸胍发新腹腔注射于小鼠体内时,骨髓细胞内染色体畸变频率没有增加。在8.5、4.25和2 .125mg/kg重试验中骨髓细胞畸变频率分别为0.014、0.198和0.114;而对照组为0.183.没有显著差异。当用0.5 mg、0.3mg 、0.15 mg盐酸胍发新处理培养的BHK细胞时频率是0.08、0.05和0.07,对照组是0 .05。经统计学分析试验组和对照组无显著差异(P>0.05).结果表明盐酸胍发新未见遗传危害。 The effects of Guar-facine on induction of chromosomal aberration in bone marrow cells of mice and in BHK cells Were studied. The results showed that when intraperitioneally infecting 1/4, 1/8 and 1/16 the Guar-facine LD50 dose into the mice, the frequency of chromosomal aberration in bone marrow cells did not increase, the frequency of these cells in the 8.5 mg/kg 4.25mg/kg and 2 125mg/kg (weight) groups was respectively 0.014, 0.198 and 0.114, and that in the control group was 0.183. No significant difference was noted. When cultured BHK (per 5ml) were treated respectively with 0.5 mg 0.3 mg 0.15 mg Guar-facine, the frequencies were 0.08, 0.05 and 0.07, and that of the control group was 0.05. There is no statistically significant difference between the treatment group and the control one (p>0.05). The results showed that Guar-facine did not bring about any genetic damage.
